The employees here are very nice. They do offer a military discount here 15%. Everything here is hand made. I usually pass this restaurant and decided to try it out. I feel like you do get a good amount of food for what you pay for. I guess that's the Detroit way. Now to the food. I ordered the shrimp scampi potato. It is shrimp scampi on top of cut potatoes. With a side of pita bread. The food is very simple but good. I would come back and try other things on their menu.
Hidden gem. I always pass this place on eight mile going to the dispo and the sign is what caught my eye. At first I wasn't really sure if it was open but finally one day me and a friend stopped in and it exceeded our expectations. He got the Fourth of July and I got the shrimp Alfredo and we split the banana pudding on steroids. Everything was amazing, the shrimp was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh which surprised me ( cuz most places precook or use low grade seafood). Anyway, great price and portion and wonderful flavor. 10/10 would recommend. Must like potatoes.
I've driven by this place probably 100 times finally stopped in and got the pepper steak potato it was in fire and for the price you get a great portion of food, would recommend this to anyone
